113016 – Wednesday – Day 76

thanksgiving-2016-5

Hola, Estudiantes,

Today we will complete our daily starters.

Then we will do something new.  We will talk about sensory details.  This is super important because on those big state tests coming up very shortly, you will have to demonstrate that you know how to add sensory details that improve your writing.

Today I will complete the 1st part of the assignment (with your help).  You will then work together to complete the 2nd part of the assignment.  Finally, you will each work alone to complete the last part of the assignment.

We may finish early.  If we do, a lot of you have tons of work that is not yet done.  We will use this opportunity to complete missing work so that when the grades come out, each of you can have the best grade possible.
